House Rules & Stay Guidelines

Welcome! To ensure a pleasant stay for you and all our guests, please observe the following rules:
  1. Non-Smoking Policy
  • Smoking (including e-cigarettes/vaping) is strictly prohibited inside the room.
  • Please use the balcony or designated outdoor areas.
  • Note:A specialized cleaning fee will be charged in case of violation.
  1. Quiet Hours
  • Please keep noise to a minimum between 23:00 – 07:00.
  • Kindly respect the peace and privacy of other guests.
  1. Cleaning & Linen Policy
  • Trash:Collected daily.
  • Towels:Changed every 3 days of use.
  • Bed Linen:Changed every 4 days of use.
  • Toilet:Please do not throw paper or other items into the toilet bowl to avoid clogging. Use the bin provided.
  • Avoid using towels for makeup removal or cleaning shoes, as permanent stains may result in a replacement charge.
  1. Energy & Safety
  • Please turn off lights, the air conditioner, and all electrical appliances when leaving the room.
  • Electric Vehicles:Using the room’s electricity to charge electric vehicles (cars, scooters, etc.) is strictly prohibited.
  • AC Usage:All windows and glass doors must remain closed while the air conditioning is in operation.
  • Key Magnet:Do not remove the magnet from the key. All lights and appliances must be switched off when you are away from the room.
  • The hotel is not responsible for the loss of valuables not stored in the provided safe.
  1. Visitors
  • Outside visitors are not allowedwithout prior notice/authorization.
  • Parties or social events are strictly prohibited.
  1. Damages & Departure
  • Furniture:Moving indoor furniture to balconies or outdoor areas is not allowed.
  • Please report any damages or equipment malfunctions to the host immediately.
  • Check-out:By 10:00 AM.
  • Keys:Upon departure, please leave the key on the kitchen table and ensure the door is closed behind you.
